Our corporate and commercial practice covers a wide spectrum of work and we do work for both local and multi-national corporations, manufacturers, entrepreneurs as well as start-up companies. For example, our mergers and acquisitions experience ranges from the sale of small family owned enterprises to large scale acquisitions by multi-nationals and management buy-outs.
