In addition, the directors of the LLC have had experience in project work and have undertaken various infrastructure and communications projects such as telecommunications privatisation transactions and water infrastructure projects. The directors of the LLC have lent their expertise in a specialist area of resort development work which involved the drafting of legislation which was passed as law by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean. The directors have worked in a wide range of cross-border and international transactions, including mergers and acquisition for multinational corporations and advising on restructuring and insolvency matters and schemes of arrangement and dispute resolution. Through this the directors have gained widespread experience which enable them to assist clients in both domestic as well as international transactions involving multi-jurisdictional laws. A large volume of work is carried out for international clientele involving transactions in Singapore as well as in the Asia Pacific Region, Australasia and other parts of the world. This has enabled the LLC to form an extensive network and establish strong ties with correspondent law firms in the Asia Pacific region, the UK and the USA.
The LLC also carries out work for and is on the panel of several local and foreign banks and institutions in Singapore.
